RACIAL EQUITY TASK FORCE
Days after several members of Hope’s Door Staff attended an NPW-sponsored program entitled, “Charting an Anti-Ra
cist Path Forward in Westchester’s Nonprofit Sector,” we established the Hope’s Door Racial Equity Task Force.
Our Task Force’s mission is to evaluate the current practices and policies of the agency through the lens of anti-racism, with a goal to become an actively anti-racist nonprofit. We will accomplish our mission through intention, action, and a willingness to change.
