Melissa Diodati (formerly McMorrow) has been Director of Residential Services in our emergency shelter program since January, 2020. This is Melissa’s second job at Hope’s Door, as she was a Shelter and Hotline Worker with us for nine years early in her career. Over the last 20 years, she has worked as a Site Supervisor and Senior Victim Advocate at Victims Assistance Services assisting victims of domestic violence and elder abuse, as a Family Preservation Worker with Family Services of Westchester, and as a Domestic Violence Aide with the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office in the Special Prosecutions Division. Melissa earned her BA in Psychology and Social Work at Roger Williams University and has completed graduate level courses in allied health at the College of Mount Saint Vincent.
