Maya Lloyd is Assistant Director of Community Services and a Senior Domestic Violence Counselor and advocate at Hope’s Door. She has a Masters of Public Health from SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn. For the past 3 years, Lloyd has supported survivors of domestic abuse through advocacy work and individual counseling, most recently becoming the facilitator of a support group for male survivors. Utilizing her educational background in Public Health, Maya also works with surrounding communities to raise domestic violence awareness through education and networking as the agency’s Community Outreach Specialist.
